9/14/10: HuffPost: Hitler as a Mouseketeer? "Put it on the front page!!!" Hamas rocket attacks and threats against Jews? "Pass..."

.
Just more nonpartisan, non-inflammatory, non-anti-Semitic front-page exploits from the self-proclaimed "Internet Newspaper"... the #1 most-read blog in the world and a top-ten U.S. "news" site...

Did you know that Hitler wanted to be a Mouseketeer? Neither did we.

But thankfully, HuffPost
decided that this "story" should go on its front page, on September 14:

Below is the
story page. Also, isn't it heartwarming that NBC is actually paying to support HuffPost's depraved sense of "humor" (see ad at right)?

This isn't the first time that HuffPost decided to use its pages to humanize Hitler.

HuffPo Writer: At Least Hitler Meant Well
Charles Johnson, LittleGreenFootballs.com,
June 27, 2007
Consolidated excerpts (emphasis added):

At the Huffington Post, your one-stop shop for leftist vitriol and deranged hatred, former Washington Post sportswriter and Seinfeld co-producer Peter Mehlman says the Bush administration is far worse than the world’s worst fascist dictators. At least the dictators meant well.
So now we’re six and a half years into Bush and everyone from Helen Thomas on down is declaring him the worst president ever. What no one is saying is the one overarching reason he’s the worst: the Bush administration is the first that doesn’t even mean well. [...]

You could argue that even the world’s worst fascist dictators at least meant well. They honestly thought were doing good things for their countries by suppressing blacks/eliminating Jews/eradicating free enterprise/repressing individual thought/killing off rivals/invading neighbors, etc.

N
ot only did HuffPost not remove the blog article, it decided to keep Mehlman as one of its official bloggers. Imagine if HuffPost found out that a "right-wing" site decided to publish such an article, and that it never removed it or the author. Arianna and her cabal would be screaming from the rooftops, "See!!?? See!!??".

And who could forget another HuffPost blogger, Roseanne Barr, who in July 2009 posed for pictures as Hitler, eating Jewish "people" cookies out of an oven?

HuffPost apparently thought that was so funny that it never fired her, either.

And lest we forget that just a few weeks ago,
as we documented here, HuffPost decided that publishing "rare color photographs of Hitler" was more important than giving any coverage to the funeral of four Israeli Jewish civilians who were murdered by Hamas... or to Hamas's two follow-up attacks in the next two days... or to any of its threats of more murder. How much more important was the Hitler photos story to HuffPost? So important that it left the story published for an entire week.

==============

So are you ready for the
real punch line? Here you go:

Even though HuffPost apparently finds it fun to humanize the monster who murdered six million Jews... here are some of the Jew-related stories from the past 24 hours that its editors decided are
not worthy of publication anywhere on its site.

And you'll pardon us if we insert our fact-based speculation of the reasons why HuffPost's editors might have rejected each story.
9/14/10: Hamas operating paramilitary training camps for children (more here)
HuffPost: "Yawn... got anything that smears Israel on false grounds? No? Too bad."

9/13/10: Steep increase in Hamas rocket attacks against Israel in last 24 hours
HuffPost: "Yawn... got any new blood libels against Israel? No? Get back to us when you do."

9/13/10: Despite Hamas rockets hitting Israeli communities, Israel keeps sending food aid into Gaza
HuffPost: "Yawn... got any fawning interviews with top Hamas terrorists for us to publish? No? Well keep digging!!!"

9/13/10: New Hamas film depicts Israel being destroyed, taken over by Muslims
HuffPost: "Yawn... got any more 'inflammatory statements' about settlements by Israeli politicians? No? What good are you??"

But so long as HuffPost can keep generating its revenues in part based on its fetish for humanizing Hitler... what's the problem?

* * *
If you're as outraged as we are at HuffPost's persistent anti-Semitic, anti-Israel bias, and would like to make your voice known to its senior management (politely, please), here's how.

Previously:
9/10/10: HuffPost's pathological anti-Semitic bias: Children's edition

8/31/10: HuffPost spits in eyes of murdered Israelis (again), shills for Hamas (again); cyber-jihadis unleash hate-fest (HuffPost: "Approved!!!")

8/23/10: HuffPost spits in the eye of a murdered IDF officer, Israel and Jews everywhere --- while deep-kissing Lebanon and Hezbollah

7/31/10: Is HuffPost even more anti-Israel than Al-Jazeera? Yes.
